We will use funds for working capital to fund construction project per signed contract of groundworks with PMC Facilities Ltd.

We will use funds for financing construction project per signed Subcontractor Contract of groundworks on 02/02/2019 with PMC Facilities Limited, Newcastle, Oldcastle, Co Meat. The contract is worth €120,000 (€24,000 for each of the 5 bases completed).

Flender credit team has reviewed this bespoke proposal and are satisfied that it proposal is worthy of our support in line with the above information. We have risk reviewed this proposal as a grade V. This means that this bespoke proposal does not meet Flender normal credit criteria but that there is a strong rationale and merits in place to support this investment opportunity.

This loan schedule has been set up over 18 month term, to keep repayments affordable, however Flender holds a legal undertaking that the loan will be discharged in full from the proceeds of the existing contract dated 2/2/2019 between PMC Facilities LTD and Avanco LTD by the 31st October 2019. Lenders will receive full capital return plus interest billing to date upon repayment in October 2019.

Avanco Limited is run by Gerard Briody who is highly experienced in the construction industry. He worked as Site Foreman in Coral Developments for more than 8 years (building and construction company - constructed 58 houses, 5 retail units and 20 apartments), Property Manager in Eiremazra Spain for more than 5 years, and many others. He is currently running two companies - Avanco Limited and Zulu Products Limited.
